I
have been many times to India for different purposes; most often, it is
business but my most memorable trip to India doesn’t relate to my business. My
best experience of visiting India comes from my stay at Kaivalya Yoga School, in
Rishikesh for Hatha yoga course. The benefits of Hatha yoga knowledge transformed
the way of living I used to. Today, I am a regular practitioner of few simple hatha
yoga asanas. I am not alone with this transforming experience, thousands of
people get same experience every year at yoga
schools in india.
Reasons To Choose Rishikesh Yoga
School:
Rishikesh
holds the title of ‘world’s yoga capital’. Old scriptures state that Rishikesh
is the best place to attain the highest state of mind with Yoga practicing. It
has been the home of world renowned and still active ashrams like Sivananda
ashram and Maharishi yoga ashram. Yoga
schools in Rishikesh are influenced with the traditional yogic culture
nurtured with passage of centuries. The expectations of students are very high
from the yoga school in Rishikesh so, you find the best yoga teachers in Rishikesh. As per my research and experience,
I can say that if you are looking for the promising yoga
school in India, you need to explore options at Rishikesh.
Tips of Learning Yoga At Rishikesh As
Per My Experience:
Leading
yoga schools in Rishikesh have
special status for the international community; you will find here the yoga
aspirants from different countries but the language and cultural difference is
no barrier in learning because the supporting staff and yoga teachers are trained
for 1:1 attention. The teaching and practical sessions are separated to involve
specialists. Before enrolling with a yoga course, you should confirm the
international recognization. For example, my Hatha yoga course was recognised
by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International also. Your ultimate goal for
joining any yoga courses should be awakening the higher consciousness. Some
yoga teachers and schools claim to convince that they have modified the asanas
for your comfort but this shift may harm the true benefits also; so, you should
step in a yoga school as a committed and disciplined student ready to follow
the suggested changes even after completion of course.
