Yoga Helps in Understanding our Individuality

Yoga is originated in India. The yogis were people who practiced the divine teachings from the Vedas  and philosophies, used them to get enlightened. Even if yoga has revolutionized over the years, it still holds its true meaning which is finding out true selves.



In all the yoga teacher training courses people would be made to understand that between home and work, people lose a core essence, which is themselves. Most of them would feel like a zombie who is following orders of someone 365 days, and that someone can be their boss, the society and/or their family members. This results in stressing out for they are never with their own selves and their minds too are affected. All these results in other health related problems. What yoga does is identify all these issues and ensures that the problems are solved. Throughout the course of yoga teacher training in India, these things are told first to let people understand the benefits of doing yoga goes beyond just health reasons.

Help evaluate better:

Each of the practices involved in doing yoga helps to transcend the normal problems and evaluate life in a much better way. What any yoga teacher would tell is that humans are more than just experiences or things, or even their jobs. They are not someone who pays the bills or is a mother, father, daughter, or son. They are individuals who have some identity. If you study yoga in India you will come to know that yoga helps in understanding the individual at his or her core level.
